Portraiture Feedback
For our photo we had a large family group with a mix of ages from young baby to grandparents. Xuan was very friendly and helpful and recommended a variety of outdoor locations for the shoot. The day itself was cold and very windy but Xuan was able to set up the shot in such a way that we were able to capture a fantastic image.Within a few hours Xuan had provided a web link to all the photos taken so we could choose our favourites from home. Our finished framed photo was available within a few days of ordering and we were very happy with the results. We plan to use Xuan again in the future and have recommended him to our friends. E. Xuan is a great artist, and was very patient with my wriggly, unhappy 5 month old twins. He was able to capture their personalities and calm them enough for us to have some wonderful photos. Astur Photo's customer service is excellent, we got the proofs quickly and questions we had were answered fully with a turn around time of less than a day.
